We are looking for a Hotel Moderation and Onboarding Specialist (Italian language) to join our team, with responsibility for communication with hotels and moderation of registering properties on our website.

What the role entails:

• moderation of registering properties according to checklists and guidelines;
• onboarding new properties;
• working in CRM system and internal company databases;
• communicating with the technical team on matters of system functionality improvement;

What we expect from you:

• upper-intermediate or better English (spoken and written);
• upper-intermediate or better Italian (spoken and written);
• educated speech;
• computer knowledge on the level of a confident user;
• the ability to multi-task.
• hospitality or call center experience would be considered as an advantage;
