We are UTXORD Ordinals Marketplace - a platform built not just for trading but also to make it easier for digital artists to create, promote, and ultimately distribute their works on Bitcoin blockchain. Which is rather exclusive and innovative for NFT-community.

We are based in San Francisco, and our team consists of 30 people. At this time we need to invite as much as possible NFT-creators to our platform. At present Ordinals art collections have a trading volume of up to 3,500 BTC (over $200M) monthly across the entire space.

So, we are looking for Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with the marketing team, and actively participating in project management office tasks. The team is partly russian-speaking, but you definitely have a lot of communication in english.

What is important

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in web3 or tech industry.
• Fluent english level;
• Additionally, deep expertise in Web3, along with a good understanding of blockchain and NFTs, will be an advantage.

What you'll do

• Manage the Creator Partnership stream from the scratch;
• Set up CRM system, choose, set-up and control cold outreach subcontractors;
• Meet project deadlines and secure KPI (amount of creators connected to the platform);
• Manage and coordinate the project team, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and timelines;
• Track and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Additional Information

• Competitive salary of $3000-$3500 per month.
• Fully remote position;
• Must overlap with the head office team for at least 5 hours of daily collaborative work from 10AM to 8PM PST.
