Kozyra Media Group - is an online worldwide Video Content Promotion Agency (the main platform is YouTube).

We provide production services for YouTube channels and help our clients promote their services through YouTube videos

The company has been on the market for two years, but in this short period of time we have grown to 150 employees worldwide due to the high demand for YouTube production services!

We re looking for an experienced Traffic manager to manage our advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and refine digital advertising campaigns predominantly on Yandex and Google Search, while also leveraging other related Google platforms;
  • Develop intricate models of ad buying on context ad across different markets, including the USA and CIS;

  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROMI and LTV;

  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing pages;

  • Conduct competitor and target audience analysis to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and mediabuying, with a strong focus on performance marketing;
  • Experience in UA and running successful advertising campaigns for at least one international market (e.g., USA).
  • Practical/hands-on experience with Optimization, Search query reports, Keyword Research etc.;
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and other related Google platforms;
  • Serve as the strategic leader and voice for all paid media related acquisition initiatives;
  • Advanced use of tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Semrush, Keyword planner, Hotjar, etc.;
  • System approach to lead generation through paid channels (optimization of ads, creatives, landing), region-focused approach;
  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROMI and LTV;
  • Focus on ROI, prioritize leads quality over quantity;
