We develop recommendation services that simplify complex financial decisions, helping over 3 million users monthly across Latin America, Europe, and Asia save time and money when choosing financial products and services. Now, we are expanding into the US market and are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in the US financial sector.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for US market for our loan brokerage services;

  • Manage and launch advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook platforms, ensuring campaigns are optimised to meet KPIs;

  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing campaigns daily, adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness;

  • Generate creative approaches for advertising content and messaging;

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the financial marketing space;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and customer needs;

  • Use data analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and provide actionable insights.

Our Expectations:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing in US market, ideally within financial or fintech sector;

  • Hands-on experience with paid media on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads;

  • Expertise in creating go-to-market strategies and launching products in a new market;

  • Strong understanding of US marketing regulations and nuances, especially in the financial sector;

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, GA4, and the ability to set and track campaign goals;

  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory;

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
