We are now looking for an experienced Senior RecSys Technical Manager to join our team.

**Remote work and/or relocation to Cyprus can be considered.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a product owner for the ML models underlying our search and recommendation systems
• Define success criteria and product requirements for our models by cultivating a deep understanding of the relationship between our models and business/customer outcomes
• Formulate clear and measurable hypotheses for how to improve success metrics, work with engineering and data science teams to test hypotheses, and make decisions based on experiment results
• Synthesize insights from data analysis, customer calls, and sales feedback into clear and concise opportunity areas and develop short-term and long-term roadmaps around these opportunity areas
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and research teams to develop, launch, evaluate, and improve recommendation system models
• Collaborate with engineering, business and security teams to develop novel privacy-preserving strategies for collecting information for use in our model

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in RecSys/Search fields
• Proficiency in SQL , and prior experience analyzing sophisticated, large-scale data sets to form hypotheses, evaluate experiment results, rationalize product opportunities, and measure success
• Consistent track record of rallying engineering and data science teams to develop, launch, and improve ML models
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Economics or related areas. Otherwise requires equivalent experience

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with Amazon Personalize service (or similar)
• Experience in DWH design
• Experience with ML projects, ability to understand what is under the hood of RecSys
