We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of our company s services, including recruitment, HR consulting, and HR solutions, within the mining and oil & gas industries. This role requires a strong understanding of the main players in these industries and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, participating in industrial conferences and exhibitions worldwide, and promoting our services to global clients. This position involves travel and a deep knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients in the mining, oil & gas sectors. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals. - Build strong relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers. - Present and promote the company s recruitment, HR consulting, and analytics services to clients. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships. Industry Engagement: - Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company s services. - Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events, ensuring the brand s visibility and credibility. Client Management: - Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. - Collaborate with internal team and Manager to deliver customized solutions to meet client needs. Reporting & Strategy: - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Head of Sales. - Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to expand the company s presence in target industries. Key Requirements: - Proven track record of success in selling services within the mining, oil & gas industries. - Fluency in English and Russian, other languages would be an advantage. - Strong understanding of industry players, trends, and challenges in mining and oil & gas. - Desire to develop career in global sales. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships. - Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. - Willingness to travel, including attending international conferences and exhibitions.
