Kozyra Media Group - is an online worldwide Video Content Promotion Agency (the main platform is YouTube).

We provide production services for YouTube channels and help our clients promote their services through YouTube videos

The company has been on the market for two years, but in this short period of time we have grown to 150 employees worldwide due to the high demand for YouTube production services!

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with experience in the US/Western European market to help our company find great talent from these locations.

Responsibilities:

- Full cycle recruitment of American candidates for digital positions (from the first touch to entering a new employee);

- Conducting interviews in English;

- Close collaboration with the company's hiring managers;

- Labor market analysis in the USA.

Requirements:

- English language proficiency - C1 level (experience conducting interviews in English is must);

- Experience in hiring for USA market;

- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting (closing digital positions will be a great advantage);

- Understanding of the specifics of the American labor market;

- Interest in YouTube;

- We will give preference first of all to a candidate who currently lives in the USA/Western Europe.
