Expansion Research Specialist Remote Work, Flexible Hours, Growth Opportunities!

With a fully remote team (except for our Barcelona warehouse) of 65+ members from 20+ countries, we're on the lookout for an Expansion Research Specialist to help us explore new product categories and lead seamless launches.

Your Mission : As an Expansion Research Specialist , you'll dive deep into potential new product categories, from identifying opportunities to executing launches on Amazon. You'll collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and create seamless processes, helping us break into new markets!

Key Responsibilities :

• Research new product categories: from identification to launch strategy
• Develop, execute, and optimize launch plans for new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and continually improve processes
• Document and update SOPs for smooth operations
• Analyze market data to ensure profitability and minimize risks

What You Bring :

• Proven experience in market research and expansion
• E-commerce and product launch experience (huge bonus!)
• Data-driven, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Sheets/Excel; knowledge of research tools is a plus
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset, and a love for process improvement
• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative!
