Job description

As an Overseas Key Account Manager / Sales Manager (Cryptocurrency Mining) , you'll be a key player in finding new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential partners and customers, laying the foundation for successful sales engagements.

What we expect from you:

  • passion for Lead Generation: a strong interest in outbound sales;

  • 2-4 Years Sales Experience: experience in lead generation or sales development within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments (bonus points if you have experience in web3 or crypto sales/BD);

  • research skills: demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research that inform strategy and communication;

  • communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to prospects - English (is a must), 2nd language is required (French, Germain, Italian). Spanish language is required for Latin America Region;

  • organized and process-driven: proven proficiency using CRM tools to enhance your efficiency and expand your reach;

  • self-starter: highly motivated and able to work independently, consistently seeking out new opportunities and driving results (bonus points if you ve worked in a startup or scaling environment);

  • team player: ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outcomes;

  • ability to travel easily (no visa issues at all - is a must) to the EU, UK, USA and Latin America.

General responsibilities:

  • develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers;

  • attract new partners and clients to expand the company s geographic presence in the international market, specifically in the EU and UK region, USA and Latin America (it depends on your actual location and sales experience);

  • develop market entry strategies for the specified countries (it depends on your actual location and sales experience).

Specific responsibilities:

Partner interaction:

  • search for and attract new partners among data centers, vendors, and manufacturers of mining equipment, as well as service centers;

  • establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, including conducting negotiations, discussing cooperation terms, and resolving arising issues;

  • develop existing partners, increasing both the number of referrals and the volume of referred capacities.

Client attraction through Partners:

  • develop and implement strategies to attract clients through the partner network;

  • monitor and analyze partner effectiveness in attracting new clients;

  • evaluate results and adjust strategies to optimize client attraction through partners.

Direct client attraction:

  • take active steps to attract clients directly from target segments such data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers;

  • prepare and conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals with clients.

Marketing activities and lead generation:

  • formulate and set tasks for the marketing department to effectively attract target leads;

  • create tasks for landing pages and promotional materials;

  • control and optimize ongoing advertising campaigns to effectively attract target leads.

Participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions:

  • actively participate in professional events, conferences, and exhibitions in the cryptocurrency mining sector to attract new clients and partners;

  • organize speeches, and demonstrations of the company s products and services;

  • conduct negotiations and close deals directly at the events.
