Job Summary: The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on a variety of marketing activities, including user acquisition, advertising campaigns, and audience development. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with different teams to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user acquisition channels to identify the most effective sources for new users.
  • Track and report on app install campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
  • Measure the performance of acquisition campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of retargeting campaigns to optimize user engagement and conversion.
  • Assess SEO strategies and their impact on organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Analyze influencer marketing efforts to determine their contribution to overall campaign success.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns, including display ads, video ads, and other paid media efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze landing page performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and refine audience segments to improve targeting and messaging in campaigns.
  • Create detailed, data-driven reports that communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
