We are seeking talented Support Specialist to join and contribute to our dynamic team.

What You Will Do:

• Process client queries and issues promptly
• Interact with the development team to transfer merchant requests
• Create reports for merchants upon request
• Have 5/2 work schedule; the workday starts at 12:00 GMT+3 (Moscow Time)

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have strong written and verbal English (B2 and higher) and Russian skills
• You have prior experience as a Support Specialist
• You have expertise in internet acquiring , understand API and know Postman to efficiently and effectively communicate with merchants
