We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for a game publishing company that specializes in developing games for the Telegram app. With a team of experienced professionals, we help developers bring their games to a multimillion audience while providing comprehensive marketing and technical support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate advertising strategies with game developers and define KPIs;
• Manage advertising accounts and track campaign effectiveness;
• Provide marketing support to clients and developers throughout the collaboration;
• Negotiate advertising contracts, collect materials, and monitor campaign launches;
• Participate in the approval of creatives and advertising materials;
• Assist in compiling market databases and analytics;
• Identify new partners and establish agreements for test traffic allocation;
• Set tasks and monitor execution by SMM and Analytics departments;
• Build trusted relationships with market participants.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a UAM in mobile/gamedev;
• Proven track record in developing and implementing advertising strategies and defining KPIs;
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, VK) and campaign management;
• Understanding of the planning, launching, monitoring, and analysis of advertising campaigns;
• Creative thinker capable of developing unique advertising solutions to engage target audiences;
• Skilled in organizing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
