We are seeking native Japanese to work as a coordinator to oversee photoshoots across Japan. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage photoshoots at various locations throughout Japan.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during photoshoots.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in organizing and coordinating photoshoots is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English for seamless communication with clients and local teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptability and quick problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
• A proactive approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
