We are an international IT holding with more than 8 years of experience , which creates and promotes its own entertainment products. We are actively developing and are looking for a support manager with fluent Spanish.
We are looking for a proactive and friendly support manager with knowledge of Spanish to maintain and develop relationships with our key clients. We need someone who understands the intricacies of communication and customer service at a high level, who is ready to provide a first class experience and resolve any queries.
Key responsibilities:
Support of site users on all issues;
Creating requests to related departments;
Improving product knowledge and working in accordance with regulations.
Our expectations:
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish;
Experience in chatting/on calls with customers (the ability to communicate intelligently, listen to the needs and pain of customers is a true art that we value highly!);
