We are now seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist/SDR to participate in building our sales department for the US market.
About the role:
- Search, evaluate, and compile a list of clients (accounts)
- Develop and conduct drip campaigns and follow-up sequences for LinkedIn and email
- Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates and sales funnel efficiency
- Make cold calls
- Utilize HubSpot for sales operations
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position for a technology company (SaaS)
- Proven experience in building SDR processes from the ground up
- Excellent skills in LinkedIn operations and conducting email campaigns
- Strong proficiency in cold calling
- Experience working with C-suite executives
- Proficiency in using HubSpot
- English proficiency at a professional level
