Product gist : Virtual assistant - call centre services for Americans (support and maintenance) + AI to optimise incoming calls

Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our team and the development of the niche as a whole on a USA market

Duties:

• Working with incoming traffic
• Working in CRM
• Consulting customers on the nature of the product
• Receiving and processing customer orders
• Finding new customers is not a key task, as marketing and incoming leads will be provided by our company

Requirements:

• Experience in sales
• Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
• Literate speech, ability to conduct business correspondence in English
• Negotiation skills: ability to defend your position and the interests of the company
• Responsibility and commitment

Terms of employment:

• schedule: 8-9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (California time)
• salary consists of two parts: fixed base salary - 300 $ + declining interest - 20-30% from sales
