Mira Search is a leading HR agency based in Dubai, currently assisting an EdTech product team in their search for a Middle+ Sales Manager to promote an innovative educational platform.

Our client is seeking a specialist who will drive the product s global growth, build long-term partnerships, and manage the company's key revenue streams. Their white-label educational platform enables clients to enhance marketing efforts, streamline onboarding, generate leads, build trust, and strengthen brand identity.

The platform is fully customizable and can be rebranded to suit each client's needs, with a pricing model that includes a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription.

Responsibilities:
  • Convert leads into active users and strategic partners;
  • Introduce relevant clients to the product demo, highlighting platform benefits and closing deals;
  • Stay updated on current fintech trends and digital assets to offer clients relevant solutions.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English proficiency;
  • Sales experience in IT, HR, outsourcing, or related digital fields;
  • Proven experience conducting negotiations in English across various levels of complexity (required);
  • Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem;
  • Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business; development within digital assets or technology industries.
