REMOTE WORK (ONLINE)
Responsibilities
Giving estimates for the variety of moving services, as well as quickly surveying possible clients.
Quoting both new and current clients on relocation services in compliance with the company's price guidelines.
Answering calls, correspondence by email, maintaining a schedule, arranging video call for clients with our operational manager (to give an estimate for the move).
Attempting to convert inquiries for quotes into sales by staying in touch with potential clients.
You should know the main cities in Ontario province for a better assistance of our potential clients and providing them a more accurate rate/truck fee (we will teach you).
You will communicate daily with clients ensuring excellent customer service and be sensitive to their needs ensuring their business has as little disruption throughout the move process as possible.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Ability to work 5 or 4 days a week in shifts: 9 am-7 pm (Toronto time).
RequirementsEnglish: Upper-Intermediate+
Excellent administrative skills are a key requirement to ensure all client and organizational records are accurately maintained.
You must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail etc.
Must have excellent communication skills and be very good in building and developing teams.
Expert negotiation skills/experience.
Expert oral, written, and presentation skills.
Personal Skills:
Demonstrate confidence, politeness, and persistence in client interactions.
Quick responsiveness to client inquiries, taking the initiative without delay.
Multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and remotely.
