Negotiation of agreements and addendums, examination of contracts and
risk identification.
Review of incoming contracts for compliance with Russian legislation, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks, and preparation of comments and/or minutes of discrepancies.
Preparation of legal opinions, notifications, statements, and references.
Legal support of contracts concluded with foreign companies, control over compliance with international legislation applicable to such contracts.
Preparation and coordination of international agreement drafts.
Negotiating with foreign clients and counterparties.
Advising on various legal issues in financial, economic and corporate matters and interaction with international law firms.
What is crucial for us to find in you:
Bachelor s degree in Law.
Strong knowledge of contract law and a desire to grow in this area of expertise.
A systematic approach to work.
Being ready to work on a variety of legal cases.
Ability to balance legal security with operational business necessity.
English at least C1 (Spanish as an advantage), including Legal English skills.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Experience in international law (1-3 years PQE).
