Your missions will be the following: Develop and implement scalable user acquisition strategies across Snapchat and TikTok for diverse industries, including fintech, mobile apps, and gaming. Lead and mentor a team of User Acquisition Managers specializing in Snapchat and TikTok. Manage team performance by setting and overseeing individual KPIs, allocating resources effectively and fostering skill development within the team. Monitor and support team efforts in managing key performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention rates). Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to tackle complex UA challenges effectively. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Snapchat and TikTok representatives. Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting in-depth competitive analysis and market research. Drive thought leadership and expertise in Snapchat and TikTok advertising within the company. Guide the evolution and improvement of the company s social media advertising products and consulting services. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure UA initiatives align with overarching business objectives. Requirements: At least 4-5 years of experience in User Acquisition (UA), with proven success managing campaigns on Snapchat and TikTok. Team management experience Proven expertise with Snapchat's advertising platform. Prior experience working in the fintech, apps&games industry, preferably with utilities - familiarity with trends, user behavior, and industry-specific metrics and KPIs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency using UA analytical tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. Hands-on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust; experience with other MMPs and Firebase is a plus. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to generate insights, leverage data and metrics to create actionable plans, optimize campaigns, and drive results. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward - with a proven track record of achieving goals, and meeting timelines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Monetization strategies is nice to have. B2+ English.
