Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and in-game services (boosting/coaching). Over the course of 6 years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, the service is used by over 200,000 users. The project's revenue is more than $25mln per year, and sales span across 100+ countries.

Primary responsibilities:

• Designing and executing a strategy for efficient use of the company s financial resources
• Strategic planning and analysis of financial flows
• Design and execute tax optimization strategies
• Assess and analyze financial risks, implementing measures to reduce them
• Strategic management and leadership of the finance department team
• Budget planning and execution control
• Develop and refine long-term plans for the company s growth and development
• Create and implement corporate policies in finance and risk management

Requirements:

• At least 5 7 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial management position
• Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Strong expertise in financial and strategic planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Team management experience: employee development and process optimization
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Fluent Russian language knowledge
• Work experience in organizations with cross-border activities
• A higher education degree in economics, finance, or accounting; MBA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage
• Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Being proactive, responsible, and capable of making decisions in uncertain environments
