Position Summary

Our company is looking for a card processing specialist to lead the development of the card processing technology platform. The role involves overseeing the development of an in-house card processing system for card issuing and acquiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Structure and oversee the development of the card processing system.
- Select and manage providers for card processing systems.
- Launch and maintain in-house front/back-office, ACS, 3DS, and MPI systems.
- Oversee clearing, settlement, and reconciliation procedures with card schemes.
- Ensure compliance with card scheme regulations and operational standards.
- Provide technical specifications to developers.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in card processing or payment technologies.
- Fluent English B2-C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking team members
- Ability to document system requirements in English language
- Deep understanding of card issuing and merchant acquiring processes.
- Ability to manage vendor selection and technology implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions

- Full remote work from any location
- Work schedule is 5/2 Monday - Friday, Panama (GMT-5) daylight timezone
- Professional service contract
- Payment to foreign banks using a global payroll company
