We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our users with technical problems when using our services.
These responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
An efficient candidate in this role should be an excellent communicator who s able to rapidly understand the user request and reflect a high awareness level.
Ultimately, you must keep our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all user interactions that will occur.
The initial focus would be on our Russian speaking clients from the CIS region.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via, email or chat (rarely phone) in Russian and English.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features and procedures established by our staff
Update and keep a record in our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers gathered throughout interactions
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds/solutions with team members
Follow up with customers to ensure their activity is not interrupted
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling delicate cases
Fluent Russian speaker (native speaker)
English language (at least intermediate)
Nice to have
