Key Responsibilities
Communicate with business stakeholders to idenfity needs and goals for improvement of Sales function related data CDM/LDM
Contribute to automation of business processes and digital products based on data processing
Business processes research and development a "digital copy" based on data to provide analytics, insights and efficiency improvement
Coordinate CDM/LDM development with Data
You will
Relaunch corporate data architecture within Sales Function and lead smooth transition from Azure Data Lake to Yandex S3 wharehousing
Deliver changes to business processes heavily dependent on data
Lead Data Domain development from design (CDM/LDM) to physical implementation
Enhance ways of working and coordinate cross-team work to build data architecture and address new business requests (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Architect, Business Analysts, Stewards) Lead Data Domain development from design (CDM/LDM)
Liaise with experts, IT and stakeholders to identify room for process improvement
Knowledge / Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in roles: Data Architect, Data Domain Owner, Data Engineers Lead
Proven experience in architecting and designing DWH
Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark
Experience with data ingestion technologies/ETL tools
Experience in solution delivery using common methodologies especially Scrum, Agile
Ability to articulate complex technical information to all stakeholders, including the non-technical
Advanced analytical skills
Data analysis skills, work with a large amount of information
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good level of English (spoken and written)
Problem solving skills
Strong focus on working with functional and project managers to make decisions in a timely manner and keep work on track, within budget, schedule and other constraints
