We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a team in software development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have proven experience in the IT sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and make decisions in challenging situations.

Responsibilities
Activity and Resource Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resource allocation, and timelines.
Team Organization and Motivation: Build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Time Management: Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final outcomes.
Cost Estimation and Budget Development: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical integrations and project management within the IT sector.
Technical Background: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Independence: Strong ability to achieve results with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to interface with business and technical stakeholders.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work with content partners from various cultural backgrounds.
Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work across EST time zones.
Privacy and Security: Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
Language: Fluent in English.
