About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. You will mentor a team of frontend developers, ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and UI/UX design, and collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless and visually engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers to deliver exceptional projects on time.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to design and implement front-end solutions.

• Development Oversight:
  Oversee all stages of frontend development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design specifications.

• Code Quality:
  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on reusability and optimization.

• Responsive Design:
  Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.

• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor, test, and improve application performance.

• Continuous Learning:
  Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development.

• Code Reviews:
  Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in coding, UI, and UX.

• Technical Leadership:
  Provide guidance in areas such as code architecture, tooling, and workflows.

Requirements:

1. English Proficiency: C1 C2 level (mandatory as the role involves working with native speakers).
2. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Experience:
   • 5 6 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
   • Proven leadership experience is mandatory.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue3, NextJS).
   • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit) and building single-page applications.
   • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
   • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
   • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
   • Expertise in performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
5. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions autonomously and prioritize effectively.
   • Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative, agile teams.
