Looking for local regional managers to manage partners in the following regions: LATAM (ex. Brazil) Thailand Arabic Vietnam Indonesia India

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract new partners through various channels with focus on Revenue Share model.

• Conduct negotiations and finalise partnership agreements.

• Activate new partners and support them through the early stages of collaboration.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the development team with full data collection.

• Maintain regular reporting on activity and performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in FinTech from 1 year.
• Deep understanding of marketing and affiliate program mechanics.
• Experience working with partners of various levels and strong knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to quickly analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with affiliate platforms and methods for optimising affiliate programs.
• Understanding of different traffic types and key affiliate funnels.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Effective time management and high self-organization.
• Proactive approach and readiness for continuous development.
• Advanced Russian is a strong plus.
