MSG is a real estate investment fund in the UAE, providing stable capital growth for clients. We specialize in flipping apartments:
We buy apartments in downtown Dubai carry out designer renovations resell the project.
Important: you do not need to sale apartment you need to build a strong relationship with a brokers and убеждать их cooperate with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize open houses and expand the agent and client funnel (mailing, sms mailings and calls to brokers);
Develop and implement effective mailing strategies, set brokers invite targets;
Search and connect with new agents and agencies;
Maintaining procurement documentation and reporting using CRM and MS Office;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, addressing client
inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience to foster repeat business and
referrals.
We are a perfect match if you have:
A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience/Сustomer support (experience in Real Estate is a plus).
B2 level in English and Russian.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
