Join our new project as CRM manager.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a content plan for mailings
Participating in the development and support of promotions
Producing multichannel campaigns through email, SMS, and push. Launching communication cases that aim to retain, reactivate, and crosssell customers
Conducting A/B tests (launching experiments to determine the most effective offers for consumers)
Setting up triggers and scenarios to implement cascade communications
Creating and developing promo campaigns that are relevant
Tracking the market and competitors' offers
Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective email content
Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance through monitoring key metrics.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in CRM marketing
Good written communication skills
Experience in India (not mandatory)
Has experience in igaming / betting / gambling
The ability to work as a team
Literacy, responsibility for the final result, and attention to details are crucial
Creative thinking and strong communication skills
Knowledge and using of the main CRM metrics
Understanding the impact of metrics on communications: Open Rate, Click Rate, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation;
Experience in conducting A/B tests
