Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and executives
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clear communication on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team/management
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company revenue goal
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Manage and take responsibility for other business-related tasks.

We are a match if you have...

• Bachelor s degree, 1+ years of affiliate marketing industry experience.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with a proven track record of developing relationships with publishers.
• Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment.
• Experience in creating new processes and operational flows for a large global team.
• Professional working proficiency in Chinese language a plus
