Key functions:

• Quickly and efficiently respond to VIP client requests and complaints in chats, ensuring problem resolution to maintain a high level of service and ensure VIP clients are satisfied.
• Deeply understand the product, the terms and conditions, the procedures to follow and the current promotions. It is important to provide quality recommendations and advice to our VIP players.
• Interact with colleagues from Support Team and other departments to solve VIP clients' issues and improve their experience with the product.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (C1). Proficiency in Spanish (C1), German (C1), French (C1) or Italian (C1) will be a big plus
• High communication skills, proficient oral and written communication
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information
