DatsTeam is a rapidly growing IT company. We have been creating our own products since 2012, ranging from advertising and gaming platforms to mobile apps and payment systems. Our development team consists of over 500 developers, and we continue to expand.

Requirements:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing impactful features.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive product launches.
• Ensure exceptional user experiences by incorporating feedback and analytics.
• Track KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in DeFi, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of staking protocols, Ethereum and Layer 2 blockchains.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and align product strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• User-focused approach with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences.
