О проекте:
EMSOW - уникальный SaaS проект в сфере разработки медицинского ПО - ищет ассистента в новый отдел по развитию клиентов. Основные цели ассистента - это развитие взаимоотношений с клиентами и способствование их успешному использованию облачной системы EMSOW.
Ассистент отдела развития клиентов - это контактное лицо на стороне EMSOW, помогающее отделу:
- в адаптации используемого ПО под запросы клиентов,
- в поддержке и развитии успешного пользовательского опыта клиентов
- в укреплении лояльности клиентов.
В обязанности будут входить поддержка проактивной коммуникации с пользователями системы и внутреннего взаимодействия в команде EMSOW, чтобы обеспечить клиентам наилучшую отдачу от продукта.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and conducting Zoom meetings with customers to discuss updates, address issues, and plan future strategies.
Help prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and convert notes into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
Collaborate on gathering and relaying customer feedback, issues, and requests to the support and product teams, with guidance from senior team members.
Provide support in following up with internal teams to ensure updates are delivered on time and communicated clearly to customers.
Work under supervision to escalate technical issues, learning to mitigate risks and maintain strong customer relationships.
Participate in cross-team coordination with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support to contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Passion for new technologies and SaaS, with the ability to quickly grasp new products with minimal supervision.
Quick to learn and adapt, capable of understanding technical products independently.
Resourceful and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
Requirements:
Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong conversational skills.
Flexibility to work EST USA hours: 4 PM - 11 PM MSK (8 AM - 4 PM EDT).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Reliable internet connection, PC or laptop for remote work (if working from home).
