AVS Consulting is a team of development of digital projects of different complexity and directions.

We design and develop web and mobile applications. We specialize in blockchain projects, cryptocurrency projects and tokenization of assets. We have extensive experience in building and implementing business automation systems. We are proud of our expertise in 3D from modeling to ready-made solutions and implementation of knowledge-intensive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including milestones, tasks, and resources needed
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated and aligned
• Identify and manage project dependencies and risks
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure that all team members are informed and engaged in the project
• Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet the needs of the stakeholders
• Manage client expectations.
• Maintain high-quality standards in the development of SaaS platforms, eCommerce solutions, 3D configurators, AR solutions, and AI products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business)
• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both spoken and written) and Russian language
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Productive.io, MS Project)
• Having a PMP or other project management certifications would be a significant advantage
• Experience in the technology industry is required
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience working with AI
