What You ll Do

• Identify Top Talent: Source and attract high-performing candidates using creative, strategic methods and available tools.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with the team, management, and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide insights and guidance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.

What We re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven track record in international recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills: Ability to identify candidates who perfectly match the profile.
• People-Centric: Passion for building relationships and understanding people s career aspirations.
• Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a knack for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment tools, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• International Recruitment: Experience sourcing talent globally using platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and HH.ru is essential, group chats in various messengers.
