Обязанности:

audit and improve the current affiliate strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets

review the current revenue share, CPA and hybrid models and optimise it to meet the KPI's

manage team (hire, educate and motivate) to achieve business goals

provide regular analysis and reports

Требования:

3+ years in affiliate marketing (Gambling) with experience on the Head position

analytical, data-driven and result-driven approach

at least B2 level of English
