Your mission? Spot the effective platforms websites, forums, social pages and strategically place ads that connect with our audience. You ll own the entire ad journey, from picking prime spots and negotiating deals to crafting attention-grabbing creatives and tweaking campaigns for max impact. With real-time monitoring and data-driven decisions, you ll keep things fresh and effective.

Please note: this is a Moscow-based position
Requirements:
Proficiency in Russian (native or near-native) and strong English skills (At least B2 level)
1-3 years of relevant experience in media buying, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating deals and building relationships with platform owners
Strong skills in negotiating terms with publishers and maintaining productive, long-term partnerships
Nice-to-Haves:
Ability to assess campaign performance using metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools
Basic understanding of SEO to identify high-value ad placements and optimize campaigns for visibility
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure high-impact ad placements across forums, Telegram channels, YouTube, websites, and other relevant platforms to expand Multilogin s visibility.
Develop targeted ad creatives, collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure each ad resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign goals.
Negotiate and manage partnerships with publishers and platform managers, securing optimal terms and placements to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics, providing insights to refine targeting, optimize ad spend, and improve future campaign results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform owners and media contacts to facilitate ongoing advertising opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of effective ad placements.
