Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and adjust Idial customer profiles respectively
Closely work with Head of Sales Operations and marketing team to implement lead generation strategies
Manage Lead generation platform, tools and distribute leads among sales team members
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system
Track and report on lead generation m
etrics, such as response rates and conversion rates.
Implement and coordinate e-mail campaigns for cold outreach and nurturing in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS and/ Fintech
Familiarity with CRM software (currently we use AMO CRM) and lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Knowledge of email marketing and outreach best practices.
Advanced understanding of MS Excel
Fluent written and verbal English language
Ability to work in CET timezone
