Role Overview:

• The first objective of this person is to help us with the conversion.
• Follow up on the leads that we have created.
• Study the clients and prepare a dossier to understand what is the right corner and proposal we can send them.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in Sales in IT companies 1-3 years , preferably to work with B2B and MENA region.

• Excellent English proficiency , as you will work primarily in English on the international market.

• Professional business writing experience to effectively communicate with clients and prepare materials.

• Strong drive, energy, and a proactive attitude , with a willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to learn and apply AI tools to improve our processes (knowledge of IT is preferred but not mandatory).

• Good management skills and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Working Conditions:

• Team Collaboration: You will be part of a team of six, working side by side with our senior lead generator and sales manager.

• Remote Work: The role requires full-time work each day, which can be completed remotely. The person needs to be available to connect with clients and internal team.

• International Exposure: There may be opportunities for international travel based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Salary level range 110-150 on hands based on experience and performance.

• Performance Bonus: at the moment, bonus on performance is not included. After a 3 months period of trial, I will discuss a bonus intended as % of sales generated by this candidate.
