Job Description:
We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead our digital customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large budgets and driving performance across multiple digital platforms, specifically with a focus on app marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media Ads . Important to have experience in 2024.
• Manage and allocate monthly budgets of USD 50K+ efficiently to achieve key performance metrics.
• Develop and implement app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign performance.
• Report on campaign performance using data-driven analytics tools.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads .
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of at least USD 50K+ .
• Deep expertise in app marketing strategies and execution.
• English level: B2 or higher (effective communication in a professional setting).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Xiaomi Ads , Petal Ads , and Samsung Ads .
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and configuration.
• Working knowledge of Big Query for advanced analytics.
• Experience in promoting financial products or services.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Working Hours:
6:00 AM - 8:00 AM UTC-6 to 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM UTC-6.
