We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a cutting-edge Web3 startup. Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases, with a focus on attracting top talent from the Web3 ecosystem.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company through orientation programs and necessary documentation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, promoting a positive work environment and addressing any HR-related concerns.
- Record Management: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs, to enhance team dynamics and professional development.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with our startup's goals and values.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while managing HR administration tasks, including contracts and payroll support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR roles; experience in the Web3 or tech industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, habr.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (experience with Lever, BambooHR or similar platforms is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
