We are looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement (in the framework of assigned feature requests)
• Identify and analyze stakeholders based on their influence, interest, and impact on the project
• Organize and lead workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements from diverse groups,ensuring all voices are heard

Requirements Analysis:

• Create standard templates for documenting various types of requirements (functional, non functional, technical)
• Create a traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are linked to corresponding design, testing, and implementation phases
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps between current capabilities and desired outcomes

Process Mapping:

• Document existing processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be) using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Define Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of processes and improvements

Data Analysis:

• Utilize various data gathering methods such as surveys, databases, and historical records to compile relevant information
• Apply statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, variance analysis) to draw insights from data sets

User map Design:

• Create Use Cases and User Stories: Develop detailed use cases and user stories that outline how users will interact with the proposed solutions
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize solution concepts and gather early feedback from stakeholders

Project Management:

• Collaborate with delivery managers to clearly define project scope and deliverables, as well as the timeline

It will be a plus:

• Take an active part not only in the formalization, but also in the preparing of tasks throughout the evolution of the system being created
• The ability to briefly and concisely express the essence of the information received
• The ability to draw conclusions and explain your point of view
• To know about PHP code and knowledge of PHP framework
