We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to strengthen our team and scale our affiliate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate revenue and expand the affiliate base.
• Manage and nurture existing affiliate relationships.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
• Oversee affiliate budgets.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within affiliate marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, including trends and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher .
