Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior planners to develop media plans and execute media plans across digital channels.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Growth team and Customer Success teams, collaborating on the successful execution and delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for adjustments to media plans and targeting strategies.
  • Support senior planners in developing media briefs, presentations, and client reports.
  • Prepare regular campaign reports and dashboards with key insights.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital planning, media planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across various channels, such as display, search, social media, programmatic, and video.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new technologies.
  • Fluent English (B2+).
