Currently, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter for our recruitment team who shares our vision of an open, progressive, and fair workspace to help our company thrive.

You will be the coolest person to be warm-heartedly welcomed to our team if you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter
• To have experience in a recruitment agency would be a plus
• To have experience working with a small-middle sized company would be a plus
• Are organized and can manage not only your workload but also the workload of your team
• Are independent, can find the solutions to the arising issues and tackle them effectively
• Are not afraid of responsibility and can take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team
• Can admit your mistakes reflect on what could have gone wrong and change your attitude and behavior based on your reflections
• You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do

Here s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Keep the communication flowing with clients to ensure they re always in the loop
• Keep a close eye on our recruitment strategies and processes, always looking for ways to improve
• Recruit and headhunt for senior and middle positions.
• Experiment with new platforms and software, ensuring a smooth implementation.
