DatsTeam is a rapidly growing IT company. We have been creating our own products since 2012, ranging from advertising and gaming platforms to mobile apps and payment systems. Our development team consists of over 700 developers, and we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy
- Outline a strategic roadmap for the Liquidity Manager product that addresses Molecula product demand for efficient liquidity management solutions.
- Incorporate AI-driven insights and algorithmic strategies to stay ahead of evolving DeFi liquidity trends, market-making approaches, and automated market maker (AMM) developments.
- Roadmap & Backlog Management
- Craft a prioritized product backlog that addresses DeFi product needs around liquidity routing, impermanent loss mitigation, and advanced AI-based analytics.
- Coordinate release cycles focused on rapid iteration, robust data modeling, and reliable performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and other product owners to define and refine features that utilize machine learning models and predictive analytics in way the products need it.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage closely with Molecula product teams, liquidity providers, partner platforms, and other stakeholders to gather feedback on product features and predictive model performance.
- Communicate roadmap progress, challenges, and success metrics - particularly around AI-driven insights - to internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Define and track key metrics (e.g., total liquidity, volume, ROI, prediction accuracy).
- Use AI-based analytics to inform iterative improvements, adapt to real-time market data, and refine risk models based on performance analysis.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Integrate robust security features and auditing processes for liquidity management solutions, including AI model validation.
General Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience & Technicality
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in market-making, liquidity solutions, or DeFi.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and/or algorithmic trading strategies.
- Communication & Leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage (while English is the default language of documentation and written communication, development teams majorly use Russian to communicate during the meetings and privately).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including those focused on AI development.
- Specific Desired Skills
- Thorough understanding of market-making, impermanent loss, and swap routing.
- Proven experience integrating DEX aggregator APIs and automated liquidity pool strategies.
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI-driven and/or algorithmic trading strategies for yield optimization and risk management.
- Comfortable interpreting complex AI-driven insights and translating them into actionable product decisions.
