DatsTeam is a rapidly growing IT company. We have been creating our own products since 2012, ranging from advertising and gaming platforms to mobile apps and payment systems. Our development team consists of over 700 developers, and we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy
- Define and execute a roadmap for Ethereum Yield products that cater to users seeking higher returns on ETH without extensive risks and requirements to manage the process.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging DeFi protocols, ETH staking, new L2 networks, bridging opportunities, etc.
- Roadmap & Backlog Management
- Prioritize features and integrations for Ethereum-focused yield products utilizing the solutions built on the base layer of Molecula project.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with other product squads and development teams to seamlessly integrate Ethereum yield solutions into the Molecula platform.
- Participate in global platform vision development along with other product owners and executives.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to expand user adoption and partnerships.
- Agile Product Development
- Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on yield optimization and user experience.
- Lead sprint planning, ensuring timely delivery of new protocol integrations and product upgrades.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback on yield strategies, token selection, and user experience.
- Provide updates on product performance and DeFi market trends to internal teams and leadership.
- Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Define metrics (TVL, ROI, user adoption) to gauge product success.
- Implement iterative improvements based on user behavior, market changes, and protocol updates.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Mitigate smart contract and liquidity risks through audits and robust security measures.
General Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, particularly in DeFi or Ethereum-focused products.
- In-depth familiarity with Ethereum ecosystem, including staking, restaking, lending, liquidity provision, and L2 solutions.
- Communication & Leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage (while English is the default language of documentation and written communication, development teams majorly use Russian to communicate during the meetings and privately).
- Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment for yield-related products.
- Specific Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Ethereum DeFi protocols, aggregators, yield managers, etc.
- Experience implementing smart contract-based yield strategies.
- Familiarity with layer-2 scaling solutions and bridging tokens across chains.
- Being an active DeFi user is a must.
