We are looking for an Associate IT Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement (in the framework of assigned feature requests).
- Identify and analyze stakeholders based on their influence, interest, and impact on the project.
- Organize and lead workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements. from diverse groups,ensuring all voices are heard.
Requirements Analysis:
- Create standard templates for documenting various types of requirements (functional, non functional, technical).
- Create a traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are linked to corresponding design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps between current capabilities and desired outcomes.
Process Mapping:
- Document existing processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state. processes (To-Be) using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Define Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of processes and improvements.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize various data gathering methods such as surveys, databases, and historical records to compile relevant information.
- Apply statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, variance analysis) to draw insights from data sets.
User map Design:
- Create Use Cases and User Stories: Develop detailed use cases and user stories that outline how users will interact with the proposed solutions.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize solution concepts and gather early feedback from stakeholders.
Project Management
Collaborate with delivery managers to clearly define project scope and deliverables, as well as the timeline.
It will be a plus:
- Take an active part not only in the formalization, but also in the preparing of tasks throughout the evolution of the system being created.
- The ability to briefly and concisely express the essence of the information received.
- The ability to draw conclusions and explain your point of view.
- To know about PHP code and knowledge of PHP frameworks.
Experience/skills required:
- Confident user of Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Skilled in using corporate systems, project hosting platforms, version control systems, and repositories.
- English proficiency for communication and reading technical documentation (B2 or higher).
- Understanding of business communication and writing rules.
- Experience with project and task management tools.
- Teamwork skills, including communication through tools like Slack, with a focus on open discussions.
- Experience using tools like Figma for analytics.
- Ability to work with corporate databases and extract data from MSSQL.
- Familiarity with ITSM programs.
