Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks associated with digital technology and information systems;
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the deployment of appropriate security measures and technologies;
- Provide security training and awareness programs to staff to foster a culture of security within the organization;
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001;
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding security posture, incident reports, and security metrics;
- Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for cyber security issues, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on health technology or similar industries preferred;
- Proficient in applied security technologies, tools, frameworks, and processes;
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices, risk management, and compliance;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively to non-technical
stakeholders;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus;
- Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
