Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer development in terms of new sales and projects;
  • Informing the customer about the launch of new company services, holding presentations and seeking interest from the customer;
  • Expanding the group of potential contact persons on the client's side in order to interest them in additional company services;
  • Facilitating expansion of the portfolio of services provided to the client, both independently and with the involvement of colleagues from related departments;
  • Regularly collecting feedback from clients regarding new services that may be of interest to the client, but are not yet provided by the company in order to expand the portfolio of services;
  • Facilitating achievement of planned sales targets for additional company services, established within the framework of the company's annual goals;
  • Involving marketing department in order to popularize new services for which there is significant demand from clients;
  • Works closely with PM team in order to have very deep expertise on current level of interaction with the customer.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry;
  • Degree in administration or business field would be an asset;
  • Passion for sales;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Good business acumen;

  • Ability to work under time constraint;

  • Ability to establish and meet priorities, deadlines, and objectives.
